Caring For Your Furniture
Please ensure that your furniture is used as it was intended. Do not sit on arms of lounges, do not sit or stand on tabletops, and do not pivot on the back legs of chairs.

Sunlight – as with any product, prolonged exposure of furniture to direct sunlight will harm it. Direct exposure to sunlight will cause leather and fabrics to fade and may also cause excessive drying. Direct exposure to sunlight will cause timber products, particular doors, tops and side panels to warp.

Upholstered furniture – if thread becomes loose on fabric, simply cut it off. Do not pull it. Avoid harsh brushing and sharp objects as it will cause damage.

Lacquered & timber furniture – Natural timber and veneer finishes will show distinctive markings, patterns and colour variations which are evidence of being produced from genuine timber materials. Always use protective heat coverings to protect against hot objects. A tablecloth is not sufficient. Always use coasters when placing glasses, bottles or cups on the surface. Clean surface by using no abrasive, soft cloth.

Marble finishes – Marble are natural material. Each piece is unique in markings and patterns and colour variation. Always use protective heat coverings to protect against hot objects. A tablecloth is not sufficient. Always use coasters when placing glasses, bottles or cups on surface. Any liquid spills should be wiped clean immediately. Clean surface by using no abrasive, soft cloth.

Chrome & metal finishes – Dust the surface regularly to avoid build-up of pollutants, which may cause the surface to rust. Only use a recognised brand of chrome polish.

Glass – use a regular glass cleaner with an appropriate soft cloth. Always use mat to avoid hot object being in direct contact with glass. Avoid contact with sharp or hard objects as this will cause scratching. Never lift glass top from the ends of a table as this will put unnecessary stress on the surface and may cause it to break.
Lighting – Only use globes with Australian SAA approval.

Mattress care Instruction:
Old Mattress Disposal
The best way to dispose your old mattress is to check with the company that you purchased your new mattress from. Many offer a pick up service at a cost or you may take to a tip or leave for your hard rubbish collection, depending on your councils hard rubbish policy.

Mattress Foundation
To ensure your mattress is well cared for, we recommend that you place it on a supportive foundation. Bases, bed frames, or platform beds are all great options, as long as they are strong, supportive, and even. Older bases can sometimes lose their structure, so it's best to double-check and make sure your base is in good condition. If you use a bed frame, make sure the slats are strong, supportive, and evenly placed. This will help your mattress stay in great shape and prevent any sagging.

Rotating your Mattress
It is important to rotate and flip your mattress to extend its life and keep it comfortable. Most mattress manufacturers advise rotating your mattress at least once every two weeks for the first three months, and then once a month after that. If your mattress is a two-sided mattress, then it should also be flipped using the same principle. If your mattress has a ‘no-turn’ feature, then you may not need to rotate or flip it as often.

If you Must Clean your Mattress
Cleaning your mattress is an important part of keeping it in good condition. To ensure your mattress stays in good shape, it's best to use a vacuum to clean it. If you need to go beyond vacuuming, use a mild surface cleaner and a barely damp cloth as excessive moisture can cause mildew to form on the upholstery. Be sure not to soak or wet your mattress.

Use a Mattress Protector
Using a mattress protector is a great way to keep your mattress looking and feeling like new. Not only will it protect your mattress from dirt, spills, and dust, but it will also help to extend the life of your mattress. So make sure to get a mattress protector today, and enjoy many years of comfortable sleep!

Be Patient
We understand that it can take time to adjust to a new mattress, and we want to ensure you're getting the best sleep possible! Our team is here to help guide you to a mattress that meets your needs and provide you with the best sleep experience. Please be patient as you adjust to your new mattress.

Expect Body Impressions
We understand that body impressions are something that can naturally form in a mattress over time, especially in ultra soft and plush products. This is something that should not be concerned about and is a positive sign that the comfort layers are contouring to your body shape and performing as they should. However, we must stress that any product care and advice we offer is to be followed at the sole responsibility of the owner.

We are here to provide you with the most helpful, informative product care and advice available, but ultimately it is up to you to decide how to use that information and how to care for your product. We hope our advice helps you to achieve the best possible outcome, but we cannot accept any responsibility for the results of following our advice.
